Possession day has finally arrived! When it's time to receive your keys to the property, we'll meet you at your convenience to pass them along, shake your hand and congratulate you on becoming a new homeowner.
Rest assured that our service to you doesn't end once the dotted lines are signed. We'll discuss an appropriate follow up plan including connecting you to resources for moving and home maintenance, setting you up on a home analysis plan to track the value of your investment and keeping in touch to ensure all your home needs are met.
