We'll begin your home hunt as soon as your pre-approval letter is prepared and you're ready to start looking. Our team will set you up on a custom home notification plan that continually scans the listing system for homes that match your needs as well as actively communicates your needs to fellow industry professionals to take advantage of any potential off-market opportunities.

Once we find a home that matches your criteria, we'll get you in to see it quickly and make sure to keep your home "wants" and "needs" in mind throughout the tour to help you stay on track. If it's the right home, we'll sit down to teamwork an offer plan that makes sense for you.
