home buying process:

inspect

Once an offer is accepted, you'll typically have ten business days to professionally inspect the property's condition. This milestone in the transaction is crucial to determining whether or not the home is truly a good fit for you and your family. While most resale homes will require some repairs due to regular wear and tear, we'll comb through each page of the inspection report to ensure you're not committing to a home that requires more work than you or the seller are willing to handle. Big ticket items that may cause concern on a home inspection report include items like major structural issues, serious water damage, or extensive roof problems.

Don't already know a professional home inspector you trust? Not to worry, we've spent years building strong industry connections and would be happy to recommend a reliable resource.
