THE TROY TEAM

Once everything is cleared with your loan and we're approaching the end of the transaction, we'll coordinate with the escrow and loan officer to get all your closing documents properly signed around. During this meeting, both a member of The Troy Team and an escrow officer will be present to answer any final questions you may have. After all documents are signed by both parties, the lender will fund the loan and the escrow team will record the deed transfer with the county.

While the closing and possession date for the property are often on the same day, there may be additional time before actual possession takes place depending on the contract's terms.
