Once we have an accepted offer and the transaction is underway, we'll stay diligently by your side throughout the transaction's negotiations. This usually includes the negotiations of needed repairs to the property and may include a variety of other negotiations along the way, such as extending timelines if needed, renegotiating items like possession date, financing terms or a number of other possibilities.
