Once we have an accepted offer and the transaction is underway, we'll stay diligently by your side throughout the transaction's negotiations. This usually includes the negotiations of needed repairs to the property and may include a variety of other negotiations along the way, such as extending timelines if needed, renegotiating items like possession date, financing terms or a number of other possibilities.
Knowing you have an experienced team on your side from start to finish to represent your best interest means you can relax and dedicate your time to more important things, like finding your next home, organizing your move or landing a new job in the city you're relocating to.
