After repairs are completed on the property, the appraisal has been cleared and the loan documents have been provided by the lender, we'll coordinate the signing of your home's sale documents and be present to answer any remaining questions you may have about your home sale. We'll refer to the contract's terms to appropriately handle the closing and buyer possession dates, making sure your property is in great condition for the key transfer.
That means connecting you with any needed resources such as moving companies, professional home cleaners or anything else you may need to make your closing as stress-free as possible.
